In order to cancel your appointment simply go to the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the oladoc app, tap the more options button and then select cancel the appointment. Alternatively, you can also call 04238900939 in order to cancel your appointment.
Can I reschedule my appointment once I have booked it?
In order to reschedule your appointment simply go to the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the oladoc app, tap the more options button, and then select reschedule appointment. This will then take you to a page where you will be able to select a new date and time. Alternatively, you can also call 04238900939 to reschedule.
Are there any additional charges when booking an appointment through oladoc?
No, there are no additional charges when booking a doctor's appointment through oladoc. The consultation fee will remain the same.
