Pain in Back

My mother fell down by her back. Now she is complaning pain on hips and at end of back bone. Can we do massage there with oil. please help

Dear Patient,

Yes you can warm olive oil a little and massage her. Give her ponstan forte twice a day for 1 week. Do hot fomentation 2-3 times a day.
If theres swelling and numbness n tingling or a difficulty in keeping weight on it at all, you should see an orthopedic otherwise this should resolve itself
To her back you can even apply voltral gel.
