Uneasiness on tongue

I have some kind on uneasiness in the front part of my tongue, its not sore, its irritative and bit painful too, its continuous from 8 days, what is this please help me.

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you happen to have an ear infection or a dental procedure recently? What happened 8days ago? Did this suddenly start or gradually start?

Take tablet rich in vitamin b complex esp vitamin B12 for 4weeks. If things don't improve consult a medical specialist.
