Pain in hands & feet

Asked for Female, 29 years

My feets hands are literally paining. What can be a reason ? Is it because of Cold weather (we still on the AC at night) or a vitamin Deficiency ? Please note I am completely Fit Alhamdullah.Have checked My sugar levels as well. Can some one guide me on it? Should i take this seriously?

Dear Patient,

If with pain there is stiffness, redness, swelling or the pain is too unbearable or spreading to other parts then yes you should take this seriously. If none of this is true this might be due to low vitamin D/calcium levels. Test your vitamin D and write back with a photo of the reports. Take CaC 1000 once a day for 4wks. If you dont feel better see a medical specialist.
