Dear Patient,

Kindly share a list of current medications she is taking with dose and timings. Share a photo of a fresh Urine DR.
Is she experiencing any pain/burning when she urinates? Does she have a fever or chills?
Also maintain and share (after 1week) a chart of urine diary which records how much you drink, when u urinate, the amount of urine you produce, whether you had an urge to urinate & the number of incontinence episodes.
