Frequent urge urinate for years at night

I am 30 y/o and I have been dealing with this problem for 2 years now. I don’t know how to do to be able to sleep one single night without having to go to the bathroom. Last night it was horrible, I had to get up from bed around 5 times. I visited the doctor several times, all tests where good, urine tests are normal and the urologist said that my bladder, kidneys and prostate seem to be ok. I am sexually active so, I got also tested for HIV, Hepatitis and Syphylis also clear.

I'm sorry to hear that. If all your tests are clear, perhaps you can have more water earlier in the day and reduce your intake near bedtime?
