Cystitis regularly and frequent needing to wee. No infection found in urine tests therefore why did I get better with antibiotics

I'm sorry to hear that. Your infection may not be evident in tests because the test may be taken after starting antibiotics or may have been compromised. However, the fact that you are better means there were some bacteria causing you trouble that has now been treated.
