1- Get enough sleep:

Travelling to different lands and places means exposing your body to germs and bacteria to which it doesn’t necessarily have a defence against. Therefore, after contact with many people and surfaces, clean your hands with sanitizer especially before eating. They also come handy when there is no access to soaps.

9- Pack sunscreen:

To prevent exposure to the radiation present in the sun rays, use sunscreen. SPF should be your friend, especially in hotter regions where the period of exposure to the sun is longer.
