We don’t appreciate natural foods; instead, we’ve cultivated a fondness for refined products like delectable pizzas and burgers, scrumptious shawarmas, sugary cold drinks, tempting bakery items, and desserts. Conversely, we rarely venture out for a walk, spending most of our time sitting and sleeping, with minimal physical activity. These are the primary factors contributing to the prevalence of lifestyle disorders in today’s world.
We are well aware of the negative impacts, yet we remain ensnared by these habits, making it challenging for us to change our lifestyle. Nevertheless, change is attainable.
