Breast Cancer: Symptoms and Prevention

Exercising builds up stamina and increases life expectancy. The healthier you are, the lower are your risks of catching a terminal disease.

4- Switch to Organic Food:

Consumes fruits and vegetables daily and prefer going organic. Avoid processed food which is one of the leading causes of cancer.
