Rhinoplasty is a type of plastic surgery that is done to correct the form and function of the nose. So, the surgery is used to correct that.

Q.3. What are the complications associated with rhinoplasty?

Well, complications can certainly occur just like with any other surgery. It is quite important to know the wishes of the patient about the kind of nose shape they want. So, if the wishes of the patient are not fulfilled, they may be unsatisfied.

Q.4. What does nasal allergy mean?

Nasal allergy is an inflammatory reaction to house dust, perfume, mold, animal hair, and pollens. It is the most common ENT condition and the majority of the ENT patient we see have some sort of a nasal allergy. There are both genetic and environmental factors that can express this disease. It is very important to take timely precautions for nasal allergies otherwise, the condition can intensify to allergic asthma.

Q.5. What qualifies as a hearing loss?

Hearing loss is also a very common condition these days. Extended and untreated ear infections can cause hearing loss. Other than that, there is a genetic component as well. There are people who are born deaf as well or with some measure of hearing loss.
