How to use Albonate Tablet 70mg?

• Take one tablet once weekly, on the same day each week, first thing in the morning
• Take on an empty stomach with a full glass of plain water only
• Stay upright and avoid lying down for at least 30 minutes after the dose
• Avoid food, other drinks and other medicines for at least 30 minutes after taking it

Drug Interactions

• Calcium supplements and antacids: Lower absorption if taken close to the dose
• NSAIDs like ibuprofen or diclofenac: May raise the risk of stomach irritation together
• Aspirin: Can add to the risk of stomach upset
• Other bisphosphonates: Should not be taken at the same time
