How to use Amgydex Eye Drop 0.1% / 0.3%?

• Wash hands before touching the eye or the dropper
• Tilt the head back and pull the lower eyelid down to form a small pocket
• Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye without letting the tip touch the eye or eyelid
• Close the eye gently for 1 to 2 minutes and press lightly on the inner corner near the nose to reduce drainage
• Wait at least 5 minutes before using any other eye drop
• Use at the interval prescribed by the doctor, usually every 6 hours or as directed
• Do not stop the drops early even if symptoms improve unless the doctor advises it
• Replace the cap tightly after each use and avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface

Drug Interactions

• Other Ophthalmic Steroids: Using another steroid eye drop at the same time raises the risk of increased eye pressure
• Other Topical Antibiotics: Combining with another aminoglycoside eye drop does not add benefit and may increase local irritation
