Drug Interactions

• CYP1A2 inhibitors such as fluvoxamine and ciprofloxacin: markedly raise tizanidine blood levels and hypotension risk, combined use is avoided

• Other blood pressure lowering medicines: additive drop in blood pressure
• Alcohol and other CNS depressants: increased sedation risk
