• Use the marked oral syringe or measuring cup supplied with the pack
• Give this double strength suspension with milk, formula or a fatty snack to improve absorption
• Complete the full course, usually given as doses at 0, 8, 24, 36, 48 and 60 hours
• Give a repeat dose if the child vomits within one hour of dosing
• Do not substitute this double strength suspension for the standard strength product without checking the weight based dose
• Keep doses roughly 12 hours apart after the first two doses
