• Do not take antacids within two hours of this tablet.

Drug Interactions

• Antacids: Reduce absorption of azithromycin when taken together.
• Warfarin: May increase bleeding risk by enhancing warfarin's effect.
• Digoxin: Can raise digoxin blood levels.
• Ergot Derivatives: Increased risk of ergot toxicity when combined.
