• Tear open one sachet along the marked edge
• Empty the full contents into a glass of water, about 150 to 200ml
• Stir well until the powder dissolves completely
• Drink the mixture right away, do not store it for later
• Take one sachet daily, or as advised by your doctor
• Continue for the duration recommended by your physician for UTI prevention

• Warfarin and other blood thinners: Cranberry extract may increase bleeding risk when combined with anticoagulants.
