• Children 3 to 6 months (weighing over 6kg): 2.5ml, only on medical advice
• Children 6 months to 2 years: 2.5ml to 5ml every 4 to 6 hours
• Children 2 to 4 years: 5ml to 7.5ml every 4 to 6 hours
• Do not give more than 4 doses in 24 hours
• Leave at least 4 hours between two doses
• Never exceed the maximum daily dose stated on the pack or by the doctor
