- Estradiol Valerate + Cyproterone Acetate
How to use Climen Tablet?
- Take one tablet daily in the order printed on the blister strip
- Swallow the tablet whole with water at the same time each day
- Continue for all 21 days, then take a 7 day tablet free break
- Start the next pack after the break even if bleeding continues
- Do not skip tablets or change the sequence of white and pink tablets
- Take exactly as directed by your gynecologist

- Anti Epileptic Drugs: Medicines such as carbamazepine and phenytoin can reduce the effectiveness of Climen
- Rifampicin And Anti Tuberculosis Drugs: May lower hormone levels and reduce treatment effect
- St John's Wort: Can reduce hormone levels and increase risk of breakthrough bleeding
- Antiretroviral Drugs: Certain HIV medicines can alter estrogen and progestogen metabolism
