How to use Co-Cetamol Tablet?

• Take one tablet orally every 6 to 8 hours as needed for pain
• Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours
• Swallow whole with a glass of water, with or without food
• Do not use for more than 5 to 7 days without consulting your doctor

Drug Interactions

• Alcohol: Increases sedation and raises the risk of liver damage.
• Warfarin: May enhance the blood-thinning effect and increase bleeding risk.
• Carbamazepine: Dextropropoxyphene may raise carbamazepine levels, increasing toxicity risk.
