Danzen Tablet Uses

Danzen tablet is primarily used for reducing pain and swelling. Its use is indicated to treat a host of painful conditions including back pain, osteoarthritis, toothache, migraine headaches, etc. It contains Serrapeptse; a proteolytic enzyme obtained from silkworms.

How to use Danzen Tablet 5mg?

  • You should take a Danzen tablet with a glass of water
  • Swallow it whole
  • It is better to take it with food if you have an upset stomach
  • Follow the dosage and frequency as advised by the doctor

Danzen Side Effects

There is not much clinical data about the safety of Serrapeptase. It is generally well tolerated. But it may cause side effects like:

Drug Interactions

Danzen may interact with blood thinners like clopidogrel and warfarin. Due to these reasons, you must stop its intake at least two weeks before undergoing any kind of surgery. It may interact with medications like:

  • Naproxen
  • Dalteparin
  • Heparin
