How to use Dologab Capsule 50mg?

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water
• Can be taken with or without food
• Take at evenly spaced times through the day
• Do not open or chew the capsule

Contraindications

• Avoid in patients with known allergy to pregabalin or any ingredient
• Not suitable for patients with a history of angioedema linked to pregabalin
• This medicine must not be used by patients with severe, uncontrolled heart failure without medical supervision
• Not recommended for children without a physician's guidance

Drug Interactions

• Opioids and benzodiazepines: combined use increases the risk of severe drowsiness and slowed breathing
• Alcohol: increases sedation and dizziness when combined with this capsule
• Other CNS depressants: can add to drowsiness and impaired coordination

Risks and warnings

• Driving or operating machinery: avoid until you know how this capsule affects your alertness and coordination
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women: should use this capsule only if the physician advises it
• Sudden mood changes: report any new or worsening anxiety, mood swings or thoughts of self-harm to a doctor promptly
