Exotan tablet 10 mg / 160 mg Uses

How to use Exotan tablet 10 mg / 160 mg?

• Take one tablet once daily, at the same time each day.
• Swallow with water, with or without food.
• Do not stop suddenly without your doctor's advice.

Drug Interactions

Exotan can interact with medicines that affect blood pressure or potassium levels.

• Potassium sparing diuretics or potassium supplements: Can raise blood potassium to unsafe levels.
• NSAIDs (like ibuprofen): May reduce the blood pressure lowering effect and affect kidney function.
• Simvastatin: Amlodipine can raise simvastatin levels, increasing muscle side effect risk at higher statin doses.
