Tobramycin clears the bacterial infection while Dexamethasone calms the swelling, redness, and discomfort that come with it. This combination is not meant for infections caused by viruses like herpes, or by fungi, since the steroid can make those infections worse.

How to use Eyebrex drops 0.1% / 0.3%?

• Wash hands before using the eye drops.
• Tilt the head back and place the prescribed number of drops into the lower eyelid pocket.
• Avoid letting the dropper tip touch the eye or any surface.
• Close the eye gently for a minute after each dose to help absorption.
• Remove contact lenses before use and wait as advised by the doctor before reinserting them.

Drug Interactions

• Other topical eye medicines: Using multiple eye drops together needs at least five minutes spacing between each to avoid washing out the earlier dose.
• Other steroid eye products: Combining with additional steroid drops raises the risk of high eye pressure.
• NSAID eye drops: Using together with anti inflammatory eye drops may increase the chance of corneal side effects.
