How to use Ezava tablet 20mg?

• Take Ezava exactly as prescribed by your rheumatologist, usually once daily.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.
• Attend all scheduled blood tests for liver function and blood counts.
• Do not stop or change the dose without your doctor's advice.

Drug Interactions

• Teriflunomide: It is the active form of leflunomide, so using both together raises the risk of side effects.
• Methotrexate and other liver-affecting drugs: Combining them can increase the chance of liver problems, so close monitoring is needed.
• Warfarin: Leflunomide may increase blood thinning effect, so INR should be checked.
• Live vaccines: They should be avoided during treatment because of the weakened immune response.
