How to use Femova Sachet?
- Femova sachet is dissolved in a full glass of water or any beverage before drinking.
- This sachet is best taken with food to reduce the chance of stomach upset
- Consistency is important; take it at the same time each day for best results
- Do not stop this sachet suddenly without discussing it with your doctor
Contraindications
- Allergy to Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro-Inositol, Quatrefolic, or any ingredient in the sachet
- Diagnosed kidney disease, as the kidneys may be unable to process inositol compounds properly
- History of hypersensitivity reactions to folate-based supplements
Drug Interactions
- Metformin: combined use may lower blood sugar levels more than intended, requiring dose monitoring
- Insulin and insulin secretagogues: Femova sachet can enhance insulin sensitivity, increasing the risk of hypoglycaemia
- Glipizide and other sulphonylureas: blood glucose levels may drop lower than expected when used alongside this sachet
- Lithium: inositol supplementation may affect lithium's therapeutic action and should be discussed with your doctor
