How to use Fibo Sachet?
- Fibo sachet should be stirred into a full glass of water until it dissolves
- The powder can also be mixed into yogurt, soup or juice
- Carbonated drinks are not suitable for mixing this powder
- Six to eight glasses of water daily are needed while using this fibre
- Starting with one sachet a day reduces early gas and bloating
Contraindications
- People diagnosed with intestinal blockage or suspected blockage
- Not suitable for patients with hardened stool stuck in the bowel
- Avoid in patients having a flare of inflammatory bowel disease
- Should not be taken by anyone allergic to wheat based ingredients
Drug Interactions
- Levothyroxine: fibre lowers absorption, so a two hour gap is needed
