How to use Fri-Cin capsule 250mg?

• Take Fri-Cin as prescribed, on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
• Swallow the capsule whole with water.
• Complete the full course even if you feel better.
• If you take an antacid with aluminum or magnesium, keep it 2 hours apart.

Drug Interactions

• Antacids with aluminum or magnesium: They can lower absorption, so separate doses by about 2 hours.
• Warfarin: Bleeding risk may change, so blood clotting tests are needed.
• Medicines that affect heart rhythm: Together they can increase the risk of dangerous rhythm changes.
• Digoxin and cyclosporine: Their levels in the blood can rise.

Risks and warnings

• Heart rhythm: Can prolong the QT interval, so tell your doctor about heart problems or low potassium.
