How to use Fungiderm-1 tablet 500mg?

• Wash your hands, then insert Fungiderm-1 deep into the vagina using the applicator, ideally at bedtime.
• Use lying on your back with knees bent for easy placement.
• One tablet is a complete single dose course.
• Do not swallow it. It is for vaginal use only.
• Avoid using tampons and vaginal douches during treatment.

Drug Interactions

• Latex condoms and diaphragms: Clotrimazole can damage latex and make it less effective, so use another form of protection.
• Other vaginal products and spermicides: They may reduce the effect of treatment, so avoid using them together.

• Local irritation: Burning, redness or stinging can occur. Stop and call a doctor if it becomes severe.
