How to use Gooday tablet 300mg?

• Take one tablet once daily, at the same time each day.
• Swallow with water, with or without food.
• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor.
• Have blood pressure, potassium and kidney function checked periodically.

Drug Interactions

Irbesartan can interact with medicines that affect blood pressure or potassium levels.

• Potassium sparing diuretics or potassium supplements: Can raise blood potassium to unsafe levels.
• NSAIDs (like ibuprofen): May reduce irbesartan's blood pressure lowering effect and affect kidney function.
• Lithium: Irbesartan can raise lithium levels, increasing toxicity risk.
