Drug Interactions

• PDE5 Inhibitors: Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil combined with terazosin can cause a significant drop in blood pressure.
• Other Alpha Blockers: Combining with drugs like doxazosin or tamsulosin increases the risk of hypotension and is generally avoided.
• Calcium Channel Blockers: Verapamil can intensify the blood pressure lowering effect.
