Itofix Tablet 50mg formula
How to use Itofix Tablet 50mg?
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water
- Take one to two hours before meals
- Do not crush or chew the tablet
- Follow the doctor's advice on how long to continue treatment
Contraindications
- This medicine must not be used by patients with a GI hemorrhage
- Contraindicated in patients with mechanical bowel obstruction or perforation
- Not suitable for children and adolescents under eighteen
- Known allergy to itopride rules out using this tablet
Drug Interactions
- Anticholinergic drugs: may reduce this tablet's effect on stomach movement
- CYP450 metabolizing drugs: itopride carries a lower interaction risk since it bypasses this pathway
