Risks and warnings associated with Just-N are as follows:

Pregnancy: Do not take norethisterone-based tablets such as Just-N if you are trying to conceive, unless specified by a healthcare provider.

Breastfeeding: Small amounts of norethisterone may pass into breast milk. Therefore, it is not suitable for patients who are breastfeeding unless approved by a healthcare provider.

Undiagnosed Vaginal Bleeding: Do not use norethisterone if you have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.

Breast Cancer: Do not use norethisterone if you have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Liver Disease or Tumour: Refrain from taking norethisterone in case of liver disease or liver tumour.

History of Heart Attack, Stroke, or Blood Clot: Use caution when taking this medication if you have a history of heart attack, stroke, or blood clot.
