Drug Interactions

• Methotrexate: Lansoprazole may raise methotrexate levels and cause toxicity.
• Warfarin: It may increase the bleeding effect of warfarin.
• Ketoconazole and iron tablets: Less stomach acid can reduce their absorption.
• Sucralfate: Take sucralfate at least 30 minutes apart from Lanzit.
• Digoxin and tacrolimus: Their blood levels may change and need monitoring.
