What Experts Say
Doctors often recommend a general multivitamin syrup like this one for patients whose diet does not meet daily vitamin needs, especially growing children and people recovering from an illness. The combination of B complex vitamins, vitamin C, A and D supports energy metabolism, immune function and appetite in a single dose. Physicians note that a balanced multivitamin is meant to fill dietary gaps rather than replace a proper diet, and regular blood tests are advised for anyone using it long term for a confirmed deficiency.
