Drug Interactions
Mylex tablet 4mg can interact with several medicines, so combining it with other drugs needs medical supervision.

- Ciprofloxacin: This antibiotic raises the risk of very low blood pressure and extreme drowsiness with Mylex.
- Oral contraceptives: Birth control pills can raise tizanidine levels and increase side effects.
- Blood pressure medicines: Clonidine and similar medicines can cause an excessive drop in blood pressure when combined with Mylex.
- Alcohol and sedatives: These increase drowsiness and the risk of breathing problems when taken with Mylex.
