Neege Tablet 20mg is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid to relieve reflux and heal ulcers.

- Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate
How to use Neege Tablet 20mg?
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
- Do not crush, chew or split the tablet
- Take before a meal, preferably in the morning
- Continue the full course even if symptoms improve early
Contraindications
- Not suitable for patients with a known hypersensitivity to pantoprazole or other PPIs
- Avoid combining with HIV medicines that contain rilpivirine
- Use with caution in patients with severe liver impairment
- Not recommended for children under 5 years of age
Drug Interactions
- Digoxin: pantoprazole may raise digoxin levels, so monitoring is advised
- Methotrexate: high-dose methotrexate levels can rise with concurrent pantoprazole use
- Warfarin: long-term use may affect warfarin's blood-thinning effect, monitor INR
Risks and warnings
- Vitamin B12: long-term use beyond 3 years may lower vitamin B12 levels
- Bone fracture risk: high-dose long-term use is linked to a higher risk of fractures
