How to use Nicox tablet 100mg?
- Take Nicox tablet after meals with a full glass of water.
- The usual adult dose is 100mg twice daily, as directed by the doctor.
- Do not use for more than 15 days without medical advice.
- Do not exceed the dose prescribed for your condition.
Drug Interactions
Tell your doctor about all medicines you take before starting Nicox tablet.
- Blood thinners like Warfarin: Raises the risk of bleeding.
- Other NSAIDs or Aspirin: Increases the risk of stomach ulcers.
- ACE inhibitors or diuretics: May reduce their blood pressure lowering effect and affect kidney function.
- Methotrexate: Can increase methotrexate levels and toxicity.
Risks and warnings
- Liver problems: Nimesulide carries a risk of liver injury, so it should not be used for more than 15 days.
