How to use Niflam Mouthwash 0.15%?

• Rinse the mouth with 15ml of undiluted Niflam Mouthwash for 15 to 30 seconds
• Spit the rinse out, do not swallow it
• Use two to three times a day, or as advised by a doctor or dentist
• Avoid eating or drinking for a few minutes after rinsing
