How to use Nova Tablet 0.15mg / 0.03mg?

• Take one tablet by mouth at the same time every day
• Start the first tablet on day one of the menstrual cycle unless a doctor advises otherwise
• For a 21 tablet pack, take one tablet daily for 21 days then take a 7 day break before the next pack
• For a 28 tablet pack, take one tablet daily without a break and start the new pack the next day
• If a tablet is missed by less than 12 hours, take it as soon as remembered and continue the pack as usual
• If a tablet is missed by more than 12 hours, take the last missed tablet immediately and use a backup contraceptive method such as condoms for the next 7 days
• Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food
