How to use Nutri Tablet?

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water
• Take it after a meal, which may reduce stomach upset
• Take it at the same time each day
• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor advises it

Contraindications

• Should not be used by patients allergic to vitamin A, vitamin C or any ingredient
• Should not be used with existing high vitamin A levels in the blood
• Should not be used in iron overload conditions, if the product contains iron
• Should not be given to children without medical advice

Risks and warnings

• Do not exceed the recommended dose: as excess vitamin A may be harmful
• Use with caution: if you are pregnant, since too much vitamin A may harm the baby
• Use with caution: if you are breastfeeding, and use it only on medical advice
• Use with caution: if you have liver or kidney disease, since vitamins may build up
• Avoid other vitamin A products or retinoids: unless your doctor advises, as vitamin A levels may rise too high
• Space apart from some medicines: iron or minerals, if present, may reduce absorption of tetracyclines, quinolones and levothyroxine

• Constipation or diarrhoea
• Upset stomach or nausea
• Dark stools, if the product contains iron
• Rare allergic signs such as rash, itching or swelling of the face or lips
• Rare severe vomiting, or severe headache with blurred vision

Storage Conditions

• Store at room temperature, below 25°C
• Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture
• Keep in the original strip until use
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
