How to use Ophth-Tobra-D drops 0.1% / 0.3%?

• Shake the bottle gently before use.
• Wash hands and tilt the head back before applying.
• Pull down the lower eyelid and place the prescribed drops inside.
• Close the eye gently for a minute without rubbing.
• Remove contact lenses before application.

Drug Interactions

Inform your doctor of any other eye drops or ointments in use before starting treatment.

• Other topical steroids: Increases the risk of raised eye pressure.
• Other antibiotic eye drops: May increase the risk of side effects without added benefit.

Risks and warnings

• Viral or fungal eye infection: Not suitable and may worsen the infection.
• Prolonged use: Can raise eye pressure and increase the risk of cataract.
• Aminoglycoside allergy: Avoid if allergic to tobramycin or related antibiotics.
• Corneal or scleral thinning: Steroid component can raise the risk of perforation.
• Children: Use only under medical supervision.

Storage Conditions

Store below 25°C, away from light and heat. Discard 4 weeks after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
