How to use Oss Pro Tablet?
- Swallow the tablet whole with water
- Take it with a meal, which may improve absorption and reduce stomach upset
- Do not chew or crush the tablet
- Do not add other calcium or vitamin D products without medical advice
Contraindications
- Should not be used by patients allergic to ossein mineral complex, calcium or vitamin D
- Should not be used with high blood calcium or high vitamin D levels
- Should not be used in kidney stones or severe kidney disease, unless a doctor approves
- Should not be used in conditions that raise calcium, such as sarcoidosis
Risks and warnings
- Do not exceed the recommended dose: as excess calcium and vitamin D may cause high blood calcium and nausea
- Use with caution: if you have kidney disease or a history of kidney stones
- Use with caution: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and consult a doctor first
