How to use Quadro Tablet 600mcg?

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
• Take at the same time every day for consistency
• Do not skip doses during pregnancy planning
• Continue for the full duration your doctor recommends

Contraindications

• Contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any ingredient
• Should not be used to correct anemia without first ruling out vitamin B12 deficiency
• Not recommended as a substitute for a proper B12 deficiency work-up
• Avoid long-term high-dose use without medical supervision

Drug Interactions

• Anti-seizure medicines: phenytoin, phenobarbital and primidone levels may be reduced by folate
• Methotrexate: folate can interfere with the intended effect of methotrexate therapy
• Pyrimethamine: folate supplementation may reduce this antimalarial drug's effectiveness
