Ridospa Tablet is an antispasmodic used to relieve abdominal, biliary and menstrual cramps.

- Phloroglucinol
- Trimethylphloroglucinol
How to use Ridospa Tablet?
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
- Take at evenly spaced times through the day
- Do not crush or chew the tablet
- Continue only for the duration advised by your doctor
Contraindications
- Known allergy to phloroglucinol or trimethylphloroglucinol rules out its use
- Not suitable for patients with myasthenia gravis
- Avoid in patients with paralytic ileus or gastrointestinal obstruction
- Not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice
Drug Interactions
- Other anticholinergic type medicines: combined use may increase dry mouth, constipation or blurred vision
- Medicines for heart rhythm such as digoxin: use together only under medical advice

- Enlarged prostate: use with caution, since this tablet can worsen urinary retention
- Persistent or worsening pain: see a doctor if cramps do not improve or become severe
- Pregnancy: consult a physician before use
- Driving or operating machinery: use caution if dizziness occurs
