How to use Risonate Tablet 35mg?

• Take Risonate tablet once weekly, on the same day each week
• Take first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before any food or drink
• Swallow with a full glass of plain water only, not mineral water or juice
• Remain upright, sitting or standing, for at least 30 minutes after taking it
• Do not lie down immediately after taking the tablet

Drug Interactions

• Calcium Supplements: Can reduce Risedronate absorption if taken too close together.
• Antacids: Reduce absorption significantly, so timing must be separated by at least 30 minutes.
• NSAIDs: Combined use may increase the risk of stomach irritation.
• Iron and Magnesium Supplements: Can also interfere with Risedronate absorption if taken at the same time.
