How to use Signora Tablet?

  • The Signora tablet is taken orally with a glass of water
  • The tablet can be taken with or without food, at a consistent time each day
  • Maintaining a regular daily time helps avoid missed doses and ensures steady hormone levels
  • The tablet-free break must not be extended beyond 7 days

Contraindications

  • Active or past history of blood clots in the legs or lungs (venous thromboembolism)
  • Known or suspected breast cancer or any estrogen-sensitive cancer
  • Severe liver disease or any active liver disorder
  • Undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding
  • Known or suspected pregnancy
  • Breastfeeding mothers
  • Women who smoke and are above 35 years of age
