How to use Softin-F Tablet 60mg?
- Softin-F 60mg tablets are usually taken twice a day, morning and evening
- The tablet should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water
- Food does not change how well the tablet works
- Fruit juices are best avoided around dosing time since they can lower absorption
- A missed dose can be taken as soon as remembered unless the next dose is near
Drug Interactions
- Antacids containing aluminum or magnesium: These can lower Fexofenadine absorption when taken together.
- Erythromycin: This antibiotic can raise Fexofenadine levels in the blood.
- Ketoconazole: This antifungal can also raise Fexofenadine blood levels.
- Fruit juices like apple, orange or grapefruit: These can reduce how much Fexofenadine the body absorbs.
