How to use Stresam Capsule 50mg?

• Take Stresam Capsule 50mg exactly as your doctor prescribes, since the dose depends on how severe your anxiety is
• The usual adult dose is one capsule two or three times a day, giving 100mg to 150mg daily, with a maximum of 200mg daily
• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water and do not open, chew or crush it
• Take it with or just after food if it upsets your stomach
• Space the doses evenly through the day, for example morning, afternoon and evening, to keep the effect steady
• Continue for the full course your doctor sets, commonly four to twelve weeks, and do not extend it on your own
