How to use Tofajak Tablet 5 mg?

• Take Tofajak Tablet exactly as prescribed by your specialist, usually twice daily for rheumatoid arthritis.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.
• Do not crush, split or chew the tablet.
• Attend all scheduled blood test visits.

Drug Interactions

• Ketoconazole and fluconazole: These raise tofacitinib levels and may need a dose reduction.
• Rifampicin: It lowers tofacitinib levels and can reduce its benefit.
• Azathioprine, cyclosporine or biologic drugs: Combining them with tofacitinib increases the risk of serious infection.
